Temperature Drops and Snow Hits London Again

A few more photos just in from the Stratford trip. This one shows Jake's successful straight arm technique properly paired with his matching brown hat and tunic.

Sandi stays cool by taking slow, deep breaths to cope with those huge, flapping wings.

A great close up shot of Angus in all his feathery finery.

Great shots courtesy of Mary H.

And now, for our main topic.
Both man and machine faced sharply lower temperatures over the weekend, with 30°F being the low on Saturday night.

After rather surprisingly mild weather for London, winter finally appears to be settling in.

IT SNOWED? OH GOSH.

I missed 2 snowing days in a row.

Is there any more snow reports before we leave/ I really want to see snow in London.

As of today, there are only forecasts for light rain and normal rain (whatever that is) for the next seven days. The sun is supposed to appear on the day before our program ends. That said, don't forget that the weather changes rapidly in London. It might be different in a few days' time.
